Adam Small is the co-founder of two gambling industry startups that were both eventually sold to larger companies. The poker rankings and forum website quickly grew into a major international hub for online poker players.

In 2016, Adam founded his second venture, a network of gambling news websites loosely known as USBets. After growing that network into a significant presence in gambling media, it was sold in 2019 to Better Collective, a publicly traded Danish firm. As of 2020, Adam is continuing to work with Better Collective on the projects he and his partners co-founded.

During the course of his work in the online poker industry, Adam relocated for several years to Costa Rica, and during that time he met his wife. In 2011 the newlyweds moved to Johns Creek, Georgia, where they still live today with their three children, Alex, Samuel and Emily.
