Senior Director, Retail Tenant Services at Franklin Street Real Estate

Greg Eisenman


Mr. Eisenman is a Senior Director at Franklin Street Real Estate, focusing on Retail Tenant Representation. In this role, he has over a decade's worth of advising his clients, which consist of retailers, restaurateurs, hospitality groups and other occupiers of consumer-facing real estate, on the development and execution of their real estate growth and optimization strategies.

Mr. Eisenman leads a team of professionals who provide their services to clients ranging from publicly traded retailers and Fortune 500 players to local entrepreneurs, helping each to develop and implement their strategies and to secure the best real estate while maximizing economic value. The team strives to meet and exceed their clients’ real estate needs and expectations through extensive market knowledge accumulated through experience, research and detailed statistical analysis of consumer and retail performance data.

More importantly, in addition to his job as one of Atlanta’s top commercial real estate brokers, Mr. Eisenman, and his wife Amy, are the proud parents of two young daughters (2 and 4).

Active in the retail industry, Mr. Eisenman is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a co-founder of the Young Atlanta Retail Alliance. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees and chairs the Real Estate Division of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. Mr. Eisenman also enjoys opportunities to give his time and talents to various community organizations, including past work with the Atlanta Community Food Bank, The Mary Hall Freedom House, and Jewish Family and Career Services. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.

Director of Charter & Incentive Sales at Windstar Cruises

Amy Conover


A seasoned travel industry professional, Amy Conover joined luxury cruise line Windstar Cruises in 2011 as the line’s Western Regional Sales Manager following nearly three decades in the cruise business. Just six months later she was appointed the Director of Charter & Incentive Sales which was only fitting considering that during her career she had earned her credentials as a Luxury Cruise Specialist and spent many of her personal vacations on Windstar cruises. Based at the company’s Seattle office, Amy is responsible for developing corporate and incentive business and strengthening relationships with meeting and incentive travel partners nationally and internationally as well as leading a talented charter and incentive team. Before joining Windstar Cruises, Amy was a self-employed travel advisor and entrepreneur who has launched and managed several highly successful and well known cruise agencies. A native Washingtonian, Amy makes her home in the Seattle area.
Vice President of New York Sales at Delta Air Lines

Chuck Imhof


Chuck Imhof is Vice President, of New York and East Division at Delta, where he develops new business opportunities and overseas sales and marketing outreach to existing corporate customers and regional travel management firms based in the Greater New York area.

Imhof joined Delta in 2009 as head of the airline’s New York sales team and has since led the growth of key business verticals including entertainment & production, consulting, private equity and banking. These account relationships have contributed significantly to an increase in Delta’s New York revenue of more than 80 percent since 2010.

Chuck’s career spans more than 30 years in the travel and transportation industry. Prior to joining Delta, he spent 22 years with American Airlines, where held a series of senior sales positions before being named Regional Vice President of Sales for the Greater New York area in 2005.

He began his career as Regional Sales Manager for Jefferson Charter and Tours, a motor coach tour operator based in Minneapolis, Minn., where he helped establish the brand from Minnesota down through the Texarkana area.

Chuck serves on the Board of Directors for the Queens Chamber of Commerce, British American Business, Junior Achievement of New York.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baker University.

He resides in New York with his wife and three children.

Chief Investment Officer Procaccianti Companies and TPG Hotels & Resorts

Robert Leven


As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Leven is responsible for overall portfolio development strategies which includes all aspects of evaluation, analysis and execution of real estate investment opportunities for Procaccianti Companies.

A principal and senior member of the Investment Committee for more than a decade, Mr. Leven has played a critical leadership role in driving the Firm’s growth having been involved with hundreds of transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and new hotel developments. His pragmatic approach, superior analytics and entrepreneurial vision have led to the expansion of the Firm’s national platform which now comprises approximately $2 Billion in diverse real estate assets currently under management.

Since joining the Firm in 2002, Mr. Leven has also expanded relationships with institutional ownership groups, capital partners and global hospitality brands like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and InterContinental. Furthermore, through his leadership Rob has helped to position Procaccianti Companies and its affiliates as one of the largest and most respected privately-held real estate investment and management firms in the United States.

Prior to joining Procaccianti Companies Mr. Leven held a senior position with a leading U.S. hotel brokerage firm and he was also one of the original founders of U.S. Franchise Systems in 1995.

Mr. Leven is a graduate of Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

Principal at Roark Capital

Chad Hume


Mr. Hume is a Principal at Roark Capital, an Atlanta-based private equity firm with $20 billion in assets under management. Since inception, affiliates of Roark have acquired 90 franchise/multi‐location brands which generate approximately $54 billion in system revenues from 63,000 locations located in 50 states and 89 countries.
Mr. Hume joined Roark in 2009 and focuses on investments in consumer and business service companies, with a specialization in franchised and multi‐location business models in the restaurant, automotive, and fitness sectors. In addition to evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, Mr. Hume oversees Roark’s current investments in Inspire Brands (the second largest restaurant company in the U.S.), Driven Brands (the largest automotive services company in North America), and Anytime Fitness (the largest franchise fitness brand in the world).
Prior to joining Roark, Mr. Hume interned at Houlihan Lokey and Bank of America. Mr. Hume received a BBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
