CHANGEMAKERS

Leadership development designed to expand your career options, your network, and, most importantly, your desire and ability to effect positive change in your community and the world at large. A JFNA program for ages 20-25

LEADS

LEADS is designed to introduce Young Professionals to Young Leadership Division, the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, and the greater Atlanta Jewish Community. LEADs is a unique series that offers an introductory exploration of the Atlanta Jewish Community and contemporary issues in a relaxed, social setting. Participants will explore the ways you can most effectively put your skills, passion and expertise into action in a professional and volunteer capacity.

JACOBSON LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE POWERED BY YOUNG LEADERSHIP DIVISION

JLI powered by Young Leadership Division will serve as a premier leadership training program for young funders, volunteers, and community leaders with a hyperfocus on Jewish young professionals. The program will arm participants with the skills necessary to serve on an organization’s Board or committee, develop a cohort of young leaders, and deepen participant’s understanding of Federation’s impact and the greater Atlanta Jewish ecosystem. This program is generously funded in part through an endowment established in honor of Harvey Jacobson (z”l) and Betty Ann Jacobson (z”l).

NATIONAL YOUNG LEADERSHIP CABINET

The premier leadership training program of the Jewish philanthropic community. Cabinet educates, connects, and inspires current and future global leaders and philanthropists. Since its founding in 1963, NYL Cabinet has successfully trained individuals who lead at the highest levels of Jewish communal life. Grounded in Jewish values, Cabinet engages highly dedicated individuals who embody the values of humility, authenticity, and integrity.

MASA ISRAEL

MASA assists in shaping a promising future for the young Jewish individual and the global Jewish community. The Fellows participate in a 2-10 month program in Israel, where they are encouraged and supported to strive towards their personal and/or professional destination.
