  • 04. Holocaust Survivor Support Fund
  • The Holocaust Survivor Support Fund (HSSF) provides funding for critical assistance to Holocaust survivors in need,<br /> ensuring they receive essential support, dignity, and comfort in their later years. Ranging in age from 80 to 101, with<br /> the average age of 87 years old, at least 150 of the more than 250 Holocaust survivors in Georgia and 110 in the<br /> Southeast regional program supported out of Atlanta receive financial, social, or support services. Approximately<br /> 25% of survivors have annual incomes that fall below the Federal Poverty Level. As survivors’ needs increase each<br /> year, so do the funding gaps.
