(Senior) Donor Officer

As Jewish Atlanta continues to boom; Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta intends to play a bold and creative role. The Philanthropy team is looking for a motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive donor officer to join our efforts as we expand the ways we engage with donors in the community.
You will work with a passionate team of Federation professionals to increase the impact of the organization’s work here in Atlanta, in Israel and around the world. You will collaborate with our key donors and partner organizations on a common agenda—guided by the principles of collective impact—to share best practices, build trust, and foster strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for a broad range of initiatives and projects to advance our fundraising efforts in support of the Community Campaign including Partners Fund, Targeted Philanthropy, Special Projects and the Atlanta Jewish Foundation.

Philanthropic Officer, Professional Advisor Services

As Jewish Atlanta continues to boom, the Atlanta Jewish Foundation (Foundation) intends to play a bold and creative role. The Foundation is part of Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. The Foundation manages over $400 million in charitable assets, comprised of over 1000 funds in the Atlanta community. The Foundation is looking for a creative, motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive Philanthropic Officer to join our efforts as we expand the ways we engage with donors in the community.

You will work with a passionate team of Federation professionals to increase the impact of the organization’s work here in Atlanta, in Israel and the world and help philanthropists give with more meaning in alignment with their Jewish values. You will collaborate with our donors to build strong relationships and provide unique engagement opportunities increasing donor satisfaction and delivering more impact to the community. As a trusted philanthropic partner, you will develop sustained relationships with donors and their families, providing consultation to donors and their professional advisors to retain and grow contributions through philanthropic vehicles to meet donors’ needs. You will be responsible to lead, manage, develop and implement engagement strategies, stewardship programs and services for donors to deepen, maintain and grow relationships and ultimately fulfill strategic milestones for the Foundation.

Digital Marketing Manager

Navigating Parenthood Coordinator

The Navigating Parenthood Coordinator is responsible for fostering strong relationships with parents of teens in the Greater Atlanta Jewish community. The primary focus of this role is to connect parents of tweens and younger teens (12-14) to the Jewish community and Federation, facilitate connections among parents, provide resources and support, and educate parents about opportunities for their teens to engage with the Jewish community and Israel. Additionally, this role will support the Shinshinim Host Family Program by helping to identify parents of younger teens as host families for the Shinshinim (Israeli young adults). This role works in partnership with the JumpSpark, Shinshinim, and CPI teams to strengthen community teen engagement focused on middle school age families.

Day School Coordinator

The Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the Day School Coordinator. One of the pillars of Federation’s work is a commitment to enhancing both formal and informal educational experiences that contribute to lifelong engagement, Jewish literacy, and a connection to Israel and Jewish peoplehood.

The Day School Coordinator will serve as a liaison between Federation and our network of six affiliated schools on projects aimed at increasing affordability and access, investing in educator wellbeing and professional development, and ensuring a commitment to excellence. All of these strategies have a goal of increasing enrollment and retention in the Jewish Day School sector. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled organizer and relationship builder with significant experience in project management and communication.
