Under the supervision of the VP of Donor Services and working closely with the Philanthropy and Finance departments, the Salesforce Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the migration of our data platform from Blackbaud to Salesforce, supporting our Campaign team with data and functional needs, and assisting with data reporting and analysis to influence strategy as well as day-to-day operations.
You will work with a passionate team of Federation professionals to increase the impact of the organization’s work here in Atlanta, in Israel and the world. You will collaborate with our key donors and partner organizations on a common agenda—guided by the principles of collective impact—to share best practices, build trust, and foster strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for a broad range of initiatives and projects to advance our fundraising efforts through collective and individual major donor opportunities to fulfill strategic philanthropic endeavors and increase total financial resource development through our Community Campaign, Targeted Philanthropies, Special Projects and the Atlanta Jewish Foundation.
Under the supervision of the Assistant Controller and working closely with the Controller, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for a variety of areas including cash management, grants accounting, incoming stock contributions, accounting for the Atlanta Jewish Foundation, and overseeing various audits and 990 preparation.
The Accounts Receivable Associate will partner with a fellow associate to accurately record payments (check and credit card) to the appropriate donor’s account. As a self-motivated, highly organized professional with a positive attitude, this person will utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with fellow professionals, tenants, and donors.
