Under the supervision of the VP of Donor Services and working closely with the Philanthropy and Finance departments, the Salesforce Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the migration of our data platform from Blackbaud to Salesforce, supporting our Campaign team with data and functional needs, and assisting with data reporting and analysis to influence strategy as well as day-to-day operations.
You will work with a passionate team of Federation professionals to increase the impact of the organization’s work here in Atlanta, in Israel and the world. You will collaborate with our key donors and partner organizations on a common agenda—guided by the principles of collective impact—to share best practices, build trust, and foster strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for a broad range of initiatives and projects to advance our fundraising efforts through collective and individual major donor opportunities to fulfill strategic philanthropic endeavors and increase total financial resource development through our Community Campaign, Targeted Philanthropies, Special Projects and the Atlanta Jewish Foundation.
The Program Operations Manager is a critical team member in ensuring the success of JumpSpark through the strategic creation, implementation and design of the community face of the organization. Through working closely with the Director, the Manager translates the organizational vision into a robust programmatic catalog and utilizes the full range of communications vehicles appropriate for its various audiences, including but not limited to: teens throughout Atlanta, their parents, schools, Jewish communal organizations, nonprofit organizations, philanthropists and the media.
As Jewish Atlanta booms, our team at Federation is growing to support the expanding community. The Philanthropy Department is looking for a motivated, flexible, detail-oriented and proactive associate to join our efforts as we expand the ways we engage with donors in the community. This position will provide planning, organizing and administrative support to the Philanthropy team.
The Director of Marketing will work with a passionate team of Federation marketing professionals to help drive the department forward as we continue to implement new ways to reach our target and generate passion for the Federation brand. We are a team committed to growth, for our organization, for our team, and for the individual. The Director of Marketing will lead the day-to-day work of the department under the guidance of the SVP of Marketing and Leadership Development, working with the marketing professionals to elevate the work of the team.
