The Young Leadership Division (YLD) of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta is dedicated to inspiring Jewish individuals aged 22-40 by fostering community building, leadership development, personal identity, and philanthropy.

Diverse Engagement Opportunities

YLD offers a variety of programs under its four pillars—LIVE (social engagement), LEAD (leadership development), SERVE (volunteer and social action), and GIVE (philanthropy)—including social gatherings, professional development, volunteer projects, and philanthropic initiatives.

Whether you’re a recent graduate, a young professional, a parent, single, married, new to Atlanta, or just passing through, YLD provides a welcoming environment to connect, build relationships, and make a meaningful impact within the Jewish community.

Leadership Development Programs

We empower participants with skills to effect change in both professional and communal spaces.

  1. Jewish Changemakers: Leadership development for ages 21-27 to expand careers, networks, and impact. A JFNA program.
  2. Jacobson Leadership Institute: Premier leadership training for Jewish young professionals, focusing on board service, community impact, and networking.
  3. National Young Leadership Cabinet: Elite leadership program for future Jewish philanthropic leaders, fostering values-driven impact since 1963.

  1. Ben Gurion Society: $1,000+ to Federation’s Annual Campaign
  2. Golda Meir Society: $365-$999 to Federation’s Annual Campaign
  3. Chai Society: $36/month to Federation’s Annual Campaign
