

Tim Hemphill is the Chief Financial Officer for Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. In this leadership role, Tim currently oversees all aspects of finance, facilities, donor operations, information technology, and human resources for the Federation, Foundation, and other subsidiaries. He is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Foundation overseeing the university endowment, creating partnerships, and implementing new business initiatives and auxiliary services. Tim is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance and operational strategic leadership.
Tim is a proud graduate of the Louisiana State University E.J. Ourso College of Business. He was honored in the New Orleans business community as a City Business Money Makers awardee in 2013 and is an alumnus of the 2013 Bryan Bell Metropolitan Leadership Forum, the 2015 New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute, and the 2018 Leadership Louisiana programs. Tim was co-chair of the Committee for a Better New Orleans board and served as a volunteer and member for other professional, civic, music, and arts-based organizations.
