CHIEF PHILANTHROPY OFFICER

You will work with the CEO, professionals and board of directors to define the organization’s mission and direction. The CPO will working closely with the planning, engagement, finance and marketing teams.

ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR

You will work with a passionate team of Federation professionals to create new doorways and pathways to Jewish engagement. You will help us advance the message that there is a role and a place for everyone at Federation. You will collaborate with our agencies and affiliates on a common agenda—guided by the principles of collective impact—to share best practices, build trust, and foster strategic partnerships.

DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

This position will be responsible for a broad range of initiatives and projects to advance the annual campaign and other giving opportunities in the areas of financial development, stewardship, cultivation, volunteer management, and engagement.

CPI ASSOCIATE

You will work with a passionate team of Federation professionals to increase the impact of the organization’s work here in Atlanta as well as in Israel and overseas. You will collaborate with our agencies and affiliates on a common agenda—guided by the principles of collective impact—to share best practices, build trust, and foster strategic partnerships.

ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM LEADER

This position will provide administrative support to Engagement and Atlanta Jewish Foundation (AJF) Departments and be responsible for delegating tasks and guiding team members daily. As a team leader, s/he will be the point of contact for all team members, therefore, excellent communication skills are essential.

ISRAEL & OVERSEAS COORDINATOR

This position is part of a comprehensive strategy to strengthen the connection between Atlanta’s Jewish community and Israel, to stand in support of Jewish people worldwide and to increase the commitment to collective responsibility. Under the general direction and supervision of the Director of Israel and Overseas, the role of the coordinator is to assist and manage various aspects of all Israel and Overseas strategic and tactical planning, allocations, engagement and programmatic functions for the Federation.

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

This position will be responsible for audit and tax preparation, and investment administration and reporting.

MARKETING COORDINATOR

The Marketing Coordinator will work with a passionate team of Federation professionals to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the marketing department.
