Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with a passionate team of Federation marketing professionals to execute integrated digital marketing strategies that speak to our audiences where they are, through social media, website, email, mobile marketing and more. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for user experience and what defines success in the digital world and who will bring new ideas and techniques to continue enhancing our digital presence. We are a team committed to growth, for our organization, for our team, and for the individual.

Production Artist

The Production Artist will work with a passionate team of marketing professionals to execute designs across both print and digital mediums that tell the Federation story and motivate our community to engage with us. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for user experience and a keen eye for detail along with a healthy mix of creative and technical know-how.

PJ Connector

As Jewish Atlanta continues to boom, Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta intends to play a bold and creative role. PJ Library is a powerful outreach tool that aims to build connections and communities for Jewish families throughout Greater Atlanta. An inclusive program for families of all Jewish backgrounds, PJ Library in Atlanta seeks three outgoing, motivated, and networked parents to create new, barrier-free Jewish experiences, expand communities, and impart relevant Jewish content to Jewish families with young children. This position works with a passionate team at Federation to strengthen family-friendly Jewish Atlanta and partnerships for the community. Position runs through July 31 with possibility for extension.

Administrative Associate

Work with a passionate team of Federation professionals to increase the impact of the organization’s work here in Atlanta, in Israel and the world. You will collaborate with our key donors and partner organizations on a common agenda—guided by the principles of collective impact—to share best practices, build trust, and foster strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for a broad range of initiatives and projects to advance our fundraising efforts through collective and individual major donor opportunities to fulfill strategic philanthropic endeavors and increase total financial resource development through our Community Campaign, Targeted Philanthropy, Corporate Sponsorship, Special Projects and the Atlanta Jewish Foundation.

NextGen Manager

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you will work with a passionate team of Federation fundraising professionals to increase the impact of the organization’s work here in Atlanta, in Israel and the world. As the NextGen Manager, you will engage with young stakeholders under 45 to build community, teach values-driven philanthropy, and engage NextGen in new and dynamic ways.

Administrative Associate – Community Planning and ALEF

Work with a passionate team of Federation professionals to increase the impact of the organization’s work here in Atlanta as well as in Israel and overseas. The Associate will support our Chief Impact Officer and also our ALEF Fund Manager who oversees a fund to provides scholarships to pre-k, kindergarten, primary or secondary public school students who wish to attend participating Jewish preschools, day schools and high schools.

Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting

Under the supervision of the Controller and Assistant Controller and working closely with the entire finance department, the Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting will be responsible for Federation’s timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial reporting, including its subsidiaries. The Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting will also be responsible for the completion of all audit and tax schedules and extensions required to be filed by Federation. Federation is in a period of exciting growth with current consolidated net assets of approximately $400 million.

Donor Services Associate

Under the supervision of the VP of Donor Services and working closely with the Philanthropy and Finance teams, the Donor Services Associate will be responsible for providing quality customer service (via telephone, email, and mailings) to donors and others regarding Federation. The Donor Services Associate will employ a consultative, personal and professional approach to service our donors’ needs.
