Belonging doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built through intentional structures and practices that help people feel connected, valued, and inspired to contribute. When we design for belonging, we unlock the potential for deeper relationships, stronger collaboration, and greater impact across our communities.
In this workshop, Wendy Verba will introduce the Culture of Belonging framework—a practical approach to cultivating trust, shared purpose, and commitment across Jewish Atlanta. Together, we’ll explore how to embed belonging into the everyday life of our organizations and collective work.
