Growing Good Habits: Yoga Class and Executive Functioning Skills
Start the New Year with Intention, Joy, and Connection!
Bring the whole family for an inspiring afternoon designed to spark wellness, strengthen routines, and set meaningful goals—together.
This interactive program is perfect for families with children in kindergarten through 4th grade and includes:
- Parent–Child Yoga – Stretch, move, and connect as you kick off the afternoon together.
- Parent Workshop with Jordan Levene – Gain practical strategies for boosting executive functioning and building strong school habits.
- Kids’ Goal-Setting Project – While parents learn, children will create colorful vision boards or calendars that highlight their goals for school, friendships, home life, and Jewish values.
To close, children will proudly share their creations with their parents—taking home a keepsake that will inspire them all year long.
Plus, PJ Library will be on-site with great books and a fun activity table to explore.
