Lena Elkins Perez has served as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Federation since October 2023, bringing a wealth of expertise in strategic branding, storytelling, and audience engagement. A former marketing agency owner, she has empowered dozens of Jewish nonprofits with innovative marketing strategies, streamlined systems, and impactful creative execution. Lena is married to her husband, Eliav, and has two young daughters, Ella and Sivan.
