Manager, Schoenbaum Shinshinim
The Manager, Schoenbaum Shinshinim, will lead the day-to-day operations, mentorship, and partnerships for the Federation’s Schoenbaum Shinshinim Program. The program, a partnership with the Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI), brings Israeli young emissaries (Shinshinim) to serve in the Greater Atlanta Jewish community. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring a meaningful, well-structured, and impactful experience for both the Shinshinim and the many institutions and individuals they serve.
Director of Finance
The Director of Finance leads the finance and accounting team for the Federation, the Atlanta Jewish Foundation, and a Community Health and Welfare Trust. This role is responsible for developing a cohesive, high-performance team that provides stellar service to our internal and external customers. In addition, this position ensures strong fiscal oversight (i.e. management / compliance / safeguards) and financial storytelling to support strategic business decision making across the organization.
Working at the Federation as the Director of JAccess is incredibly meaningful as I know I have the resources and support needed to drive real change in an area that really matters. Many individuals with disabilities and their families face barriers navigating Jewish life. JAccess plays a vital role in bridging that gap by offering guidance, referrals, and resources that help families thrive. We don’t just talk about inclusion—we advocate for it, pushing for the systemic change necessary to make all aspects of Jewish life truly accessible and welcoming. I’m proud to be part of a team that’s transforming our community and building a more inclusive future for everyone.
