Working at the Federation as the Director of JAccess is incredibly meaningful as I know I have the resources and support needed to drive real change in an area that really matters. Many individuals with disabilities and their families face barriers navigating Jewish life. JAccess plays a vital role in bridging that gap by offering guidance, referrals, and resources that help families thrive. We don’t just talk about inclusion—we advocate for it, pushing for the systemic change necessary to make all aspects of Jewish life truly accessible and welcoming.
