Staying Connected, Letting Go: Parenting Through the Transition to Adulthood

March 19 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Empowering Parents

Calling all parents of the Class of 2025! With graduation around the corner, this season can bring a mix of pride, excitement, and uncertainty for parents. As your teen prepares for their next chapter, it’s a meaningful time to reflect on the Jewish values of l’dor v’dor (from generation to generation) and how we pass down wisdom, resilience, and connection.

Join parent coach Cari Newman for an intimate evening exploring the emotional and practical challenges of preparing your teen for what comes next—whether it’s college, a gap year, or another path.

We’ll cover:

  1. The most important message to share before they leave home
  2. How to support their academic, social, and emotional success (and what to do if they struggle)
  3. Key conversations to have now that no one else is talking about
  4. Opportunities to connect with fellow parents navigating the same transition within a supportive community

Come gain insights on staying connected while giving them the space to grow, grounded in the values that shape who we are.
