In a casual small group setting, you’ll receive guidance from a team of experts including:

- An Occupational Therapist
- A Mental Health Therapist

Together, they’ll support you through real-life parenting topics such as:
- Newborn care and development
- Breastfeeding and feeding support
- Sleep strategies
- Tummy time and baby milestones

- Jewish ways to welcome and celebrate your baby
