Nosh & Know: Shabbat at the Market

Shabbat is a time to slow down, gather, and savor what nourishes us. Join us at the farmer’s market for a relaxed, baby-friendly experience that blends fresh local food, meaningful Shabbat moments, and expert guidance for parents navigating first foods and allergens. Allergist Dr. Sara Bluestein will address the real anxieties many parents feel around food allergies and introducing new foods, sharing practical tips you can use right away.

Together, we’ll explore how eating local can shape family rhythm, how babies learn through taste and exploration, and how Shabbat offers a natural opportunity to build joyful, nourishing rituals.
