Where Jewish Journeys Begin—From Birth Through Childhood
PJ Library, a national program of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation and locally supported through Federation, delivers free, age-appropriate Jewish books each month to children from birth through age 12.
PJ Library goes beyond books. We build Jewish connections through family-friendly events, playgroups, and a network of Parent Connectors—helping families engage in meaningful Jewish experiences right in their neighborhoods.

Celebrate Jewish values, culture, and tradition through books
Every month, PJ Library sends more than 650,000 free Jewish books to families around the world with children from birth through 8 years old. PJ Library shares stories that celebrate Jewish values, culture, and tradition, all at no cost to families.

Creating Jewish Community
Books that spark Jewish values are just the beginning. PJ Library actively partners with family-focused organizations to help launch Jewish journeys and create Jewish community. Our network of PJ Library Connectors lead family-friendly activities that will connect you to others raising Jewish kids, right in your neighborhood.

For Kids 9-12: PJ Our Way
PJ Our Way is the next chapter of PJ Library for kids ages 9-12. It is available free of charge throughout the U.S. and Canada to families raising Jewish children. Every month, kids can come to this site to choose the book they want to receive. Kids can also submit reviews and videos about the books.
