Becca Nooromid is the Director of the Young Leadership Division (YLD). She leads the development and engagement of young adults across the community, building meaningful relationships and creating pathways for them to connect, give, and grow within Federation.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Becca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs from the University of Georgia, with minors in Criminal Justice Administration, Political Science, and Applied Politics.
Becca’s career includes work across nonprofit and education spaces. She joined Federation in August 2022 as a Donor Officer in Women’s Philanthropy before transitioning into her current role in YLD. She also contributed to mission-driven impact at Education Cures, focusing on outreach expansion, fundraising initiatives, and process development to strengthen its work in Sierra Leone.
During her time at UGA, Becca was an active member of Sigma Delta Tau, serving as Chapter President and Philanthropy Coordinator. In this role, she helped lead a fundraising effort that generated over $90,000 for national and local causes.
Becca enjoys spending time traveling, attending sporting events—especially cheering on the Dawgs—and keeping up with the latest Netflix releases.
