This hands-on workshop will help educators think flexibly about lesson design to engage all learners and enhance student success. Participants will leave with a toolbox of practical DI strategies, customized to their subject and grade level, ready to implement in the classroom. The third day will focus on guided planning, as teachers collaborate with the Hidden Sparks facilitator to apply their learning by designing differentiated lessons or units aligned to their students’ strengths and needs.

Each participant will receive 3 individual or small group hour-long coaching sessions over the 2026–27 school year.
