Full-time, Kindergarten through 12th grade, educators (classroom teachers, art, music, P.E., media, technology specialist teachers, learning specialists, and counselors who currently teach students in  in Jewish Day Schools in Metro Atlanta affiliated with Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta.

This grant offers up to $400 to be used for services and activities that allow educators to promote and support health and wellness.

Examples include:

• Individual, family or group therapy
• Art, music therapy
• Mindfulness, yoga or meditation classes
• Gym membership
• Fitness/exercise classes or sessions with a trainer
• Home fitness equipment or online exercise classes
• Nutritionist or meal prep services
• Child babysitting or respite care
• Personal coaching (time management, career coaching)
• Housekeeping 

Fall Cycle:

Provides grants to full-time, Kindergarten through 12th grade educators. Priority will be given to first-time applicants who have not previously received an Educator Wellness Grant.

• Applications should be submitted between September 1 and September 30.
• Applications will be reviewed, and recipients will be notified if their grant has been approved by October 30.
• If approved, funds will be transferred through Venmo within 2 weeks of approval from the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta.
• Recipients are required to complete a brief post-grant survey.

Winter Cycle:

Provides grants to first-time applicants AND educators who received a grant in previous years (as funding allows).

• Applications should be submitted between November 16 and December 11.
• Applications will be reviewed, and recipients will be notified if their grant has been approved by January 9.
• If approved, funds will be transferred through Venmo within 2 weeks of approval from the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta.
• Recipients are required to complete a brief post-grant survey.
