Connecting the Expecting: A Mezuzah-Making Workshop

Make a Mezuzah for your baby’s door!

As you prepare to welcome your baby, join us for a meaningful hands-on experience creating a mezuzah for your growing family. In Jewish tradition, a mezuzah is more than something we place on a door—it’s a reminder that the home we create can be a place of Jewish identity, values, love, and protection.

Together, we’ll explore the meaning behind the mezuzah and make one to place on your baby’s door—a beautiful way to mark this new chapter and welcome your little one into your Jewish home.

$36 per person includes materials to make one resin mezuzah. To see examples and purchase additional mezuzahs visit J&M Judaica.

Expecting parent(s) are warmly invited, and no prior experience is needed.

Reach out to Shira at JBaby@jewishatlanta.org with any questions.
