Lydia Dorsky serves as Donor Officer, raising Annual Campaign funds for the Jewish community in Atlanta, in Israel and around the world.
Prior to working at Federation in Atlanta, Lydia was a Senior Community Campaign Officer for Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ; Development Officer at The Partnership for Jewish Learning and Life; and Development Manager at Playworks, a national organization focused on improving the well-being of children in schools through safe, meaningful play. Earlier in her career, she held several management positions in healthcare communications and public relations.
Lydia holds a B.A. degree in journalism/psychology from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications and a Certificate in Fundraising from New York University’s Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising. In her free time, Lydia enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and bicycle riding.
