Susie Mackler serves as the Senior Director of Philanthropic Journeys, where she oversees leadership development and immersive mission experiences that highlight the impact of our work while strengthening and deepening community. Passionate about connecting Jews around the globe and fostering a unified Jewish community, Susie brings both vision and heart to every journey she helps create.
She holds a Master’s in Jewish Communal Service from the Hornstein Program at Brandeis University and previously served at the Jewish Federations of North America, where she helped shape meaningful engagement strategies on a national scale.
When she’s not building transformative experiences, Susie loves spending time outdoors with her husband and their three young-adult children—biking, hiking, and enjoying the beach together.
