AgeWell Atlanta is a new partnership for older adults and their caregivers. It combines the strengths and resources of Federation, Jewish Family & Career Services, Jewish HomeLife and the Marcus Jewish Community Center to help people thrive.

The Jewish Grandparents Network
The Jewish Grandparents Network is the first and only national organization supporting grandparents as they embrace both traditional and radically new roles in their families. Through research, network-building, advocacy, and institutional partnerships, we foster new models of grandparent engagement for the benefit of our families, our communities, and our future.
Aviv Older Adult Services
Aviv Older Adult Services, a program of JF&CS, helps aging individuals and their families navigate life transitions and changing circumstances. Aviv provides, Information & Referral Services, Personalized Geriatric Care Management, and assistance for caregivers and their loved ones.

Jewish HomeLife is a comprehensive network of accommodating communities and high-quality services that meets the many changing needs of seniors and their families. Guided by Jewish values, the Jewish Homelife network offers care-inspired solutions that make your home life better – whether you reside in your home or one of ours.
MJCCA Programs for Active Mature Adults
Active Mature Adults can find a home away from home and a perfect place to spend productive, relaxing days with friends at the MJCCA. From recreational activities, personal enrichment classes, health and fitness programs, to Jewish learning, and scheduled trips to some of Atlanta’s culturally-rich destinations.
Holocaust Survivor Support Fund
Today, at least 150 of the more than 250 Greater Atlanta Holocaust survivors receive financial, social, or support services. The average survivor age is 84 and more than 25% of survivors receiving financial and support services have annual incomes that fall below the Federal Poverty Level. As needs increase each year, so do the funding gaps.
