Make new friends. Expand your professional network. Create a lasting impact on your community.

As the hub of Jewish life in Atlanta, Federation provides opportunities for people in their 20’s and 30’s to meet new people at social and networking events, give back to our community with hands on volunteer experiences and refine leadership skills through professional development opportunities.

Whether you’re new to town or looking for a new way to get involved, Federation’s Under 40 Division will help you find an experience that is right for you. Hop on a mini mission to learn about our partner agencies or attend a professional networking event to meet Atlanta’s leading business owners and executives. Federation fosters connection and community while supporting Jews in need and ensuring a Jewish future. Be part of the incredible group of young adults working to strengthen and grow our community.

Ben-Gurion Society
Ben-Gurion Society is a national young leadership society for young philanthropists (ages 22-40) who make a commitment of $1,000 as an individual or $1,800 as a household to the Annual Community Campaign. As a member of Ben-Gurion Society, you join a group of young adults who show leadership by engaging in special programming with dynamic speakers who both educate and inspire people on their philanthropic journey.

If you aspire to be a Ben-Gurion Society member, but you are not quite there yet, we invite you to participate in our Step-Up Program. Simply make a three-year-increase commitment to the Community Campaign to reach the $1,000 level as an individual or $1,800 level as a household, with smaller gifts in the interim, and immediately receive all the benefits and recognition of being a member of Ben-Gurion Society.
