Federation believes in the power of relationships so our Innovation department launched Wisdom Pairings, an intentional community for personal connection and growth. Whether you consider yourself to be a mentor, a mentee, or perhaps somewhere in between, you will find emerging and experienced professionals ready to share their stories and listen as well. At Wisdom Pairings, we are all inspired to build stronger networks and create a deeper sense of belonging.
